The "Downwardly Mobile" service providers catering to an "Upwardly Mobile Generation"

Yesterday I said Tata to Tata DoCoMo.
When I was with Idea, they almost always had 'no idea' how to resolve my problem.
The Airtel couldn't  'tel' why I have many tales to tell 'bout them.
The Vodafone 'hutched' me before they became badaphone.
All mobile service providers seem to have a big 'disconnect ' with the customer.
